Overview: Ideal for early-stage crypto startups or single Telegram groups seeking professional moderation to foster trust and engagement.

Moderation Duties:

• Monitor and enforce server rules across all channels.

• Warn, mute, kick, or ban members violating community guidelines.

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure a positive and safe environment.

• Handle user reports and take appropriate moderation actions.

Ticket System Monitoring:

• Manage a ticket support system (Ticket Tool, Support System).

• Respond to user tickets in a timely and professional manner.

• Assign tickets to the appropriate team members if needed.

• Close resolved tickets and log outcomes if required. Availability & Monitoring:

• Provide active coverage for 12 hours per day, split as:

• Peak Hours Monitoring (customizable depending on community time zones)

• Ticket Response & Bot Health Checks • Be on-call for urgent moderation or server issues during the shift.

Bot & Anti-Spam Management:

• Configure and manage anti-spam bots (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, Anti-Spam Bot).

• Regularly update bot settings to prevent spam, raids, and bot attacks.

• Monitor logs for suspicious activity or abuse.

• Ensure bots are functioning smoothly without disrupting user experience.

Chatter Engagement & Community Building:

• Actively maintain engaging, real-time conversations across public channels.

• Post thoughtful questions, polls, fun facts, or prompts every 10–15 minutes during active hours to stimulate chat.

• Encourage member participation, welcome new members, and create a friendly environment.

• Monitor chat dynamics and tailor messaging strategies to fit community tone and culture.

• Initiate community-driven events ("Question of the Day, " mini-games, shoutouts, etc.) to boost engagement. • Share updates, announcements, or news in a casual and interactive format when appropriate.
